Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, contact details, and message to respond to your request. We send this information to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
When you use the chat assistant, we collect the messages you type. If you choose to share them, we also collect your name, email address, phone number, address, and details about the work you need. The assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies from your messages. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep the chat transcript and details you provide. These details are also sent to LeadConnector / HighLevel so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, the website automatically collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on the site. Tools on the site also use cookies and browser storage. The tool list below explains their purposes and storage.
How information is used and shared
- We use contact form and chat information to answer your questions and respond to your requests. Our marketing agency, AI chat provider, and customer relationship management provider help with these tasks.
- Hosting, security, and spam-filtering providers process information to run the website, protect it from attacks and bots, and check form submissions for spam. Akismet receives what you submit in a form, along with your IP address and browser details.
- Analytics providers measure visits and website use. Advertising tools measure whether ads lead to visits or requests and help show our ads to people who have visited this site.
- Providers of maps, widgets, fonts, icons, translation, site tools, images, files, and code receive request information when your browser loads their content. The tool list below identifies these providers and the information they receive.
